Blink Action Notary is a registered DBA of Blink Action LLC, a Louisiana-based business. Any reference to “Blink Action Notary,” “we,” or “our” refers to Blink Action LLC.

2. Services

Blink Action LLC provides professional notarial services in accordance with Louisiana law, including, but not limited to:

• Notarizations

• Document execution

• Notary consultations

• Mobile notary services

We are not attorneys and do not provide legal advice.

3. Appointments & Payments

By scheduling an appointment, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information

• Pay applicable service fees

• Follow appointment policies

Fees may vary based on service type, travel, or time required.

4. Deposits, Payments & Refunds

Certain services require a non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment.

By booking an appointment with Blink Action Notary, you acknowledge and agree that:

• A deposit may be required at the time of booking

• The deposit secures your scheduled time and travel availability

• Deposits are non-refundable, except where required by law

• The remaining balance, if any, is due at the time of service

• Failure to appear for a scheduled appointment may result in forfeiture of the deposit

For mobile or after-hours appointments, deposits may be required before travel begins.

If you need to reschedule, notice must be provided within the timeframe stated at booking. 

5. Cancellations & No-Shows

• We request that cancellations be made within the stated timeframe

• Mobile appointments may be non-refundable once travel begins

• Cancellations after documentation research and prep may result in forfeiture of the deposit

6. No Legal Advice

Blink Action LLC does not provide legal advice or legal representation.

Nothing on this website or during an appointment should be considered legal advice. Clients should consult a licensed Louisiana attorney for legal advice and litigation needs.

7. SMS & Electronic Communication

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive:

• Appointment confirmations

• Service updates

• Scheduling communications

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.

We do not share or sell SMS consent or phone numbers.

8. Limitation of Liability

Blink Action LLC is not responsible for:

• Errors due to incorrect information provided by client

• Legal consequences of document use

• Delays caused by third parties

• Acts outside the scope of notarial authority

Services are provided “as is” in accordance with Louisiana law.

We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of third-party websites.

10. Updates to Terms

These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
